On-site Inmate video visitation will be conducted during the following hours:

Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 10:30am, 1:30pm to 3:45pm, and 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

Saturday-Sunday from 8:30am to 10:30am, 1:30pm to 3:45pm

As MRRJ continues to change inmate technology providers, one of the major impacts on the public will be visitation. As many of you know, inmates now have direct access to video visitation from the tablet devices available in their housing units. Over the next two weeks, additional video consoles will be installed in the jail's visitation area for on-site video visitation. This visitation should be more accessible, cost-free (limit 1x week/inmate), and provides more opportunity for visitation on short notice (scheduled minimum of 24 hours in advance). However, face-to-face visits will no longer be scheduled for the public.

By changing this operation, different housing units and classifications can meet simultaneously and provide more access for friends and family, at more convenient times. As part of this new system, inmates will also receive one additional free remote video visit per week, in addition to the free phone call and 2 free message credits. These credits renew each Saturday, and cannot be compiled.

We understand that these changes will impact families differently, but we hope the increases in availability and access net a positive change for the families, friends, and inmates of the facility.

• All inmates receive one (1) fifteen (15) minute on-site video visit per week.

• Any visitor that violates visitation rules may be banned from visitation.

• All who wish to visit shall follow the rules and regulations for visitation.

• All visitors are subject to being searched. NO CELL PHONES ALLOWED.  Any person found in violation is subject to a minimum 90 day visitation ban.

• Anyone who is intoxicated shall be denied access into the facility and may be subject to arrest.

• Hand bags, purses, backpacks, umbrellas, cell phones, cameras, or any other personal items shall be left in the vehicle.

DRESS POLICY FOR ALL VISITORS
(PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL)

• No see through clothing

• No Bathing Suits

• No tank tops, halter tops, tube tops, or  crop tops

• No clothing that exposes the stomach, back, shoulders, chest, midriff, or under arms.

• No mini skirts

• Dresses, shorts, and skirts must be no shorter than three inches above the knee

• Shoes must be worn

• No clothing with obscene language or pictures

• No clothing resembling security uniforms or inmate clothing

• No items of clothing deemed inappropriate by the shift supervisor

• No cell phones, cameras, or any electronic device will be allowed.
